Voting is open in the annual Q Awards so now's your chance to nominate the 'Best Live Act' and 'Best Act in the World Today'. Who might that be then?

The Q Awards take place at the end of next month and are usually a highly charged affair in which the rock'n'roll good and great pay warm tribute to each other. Last year for example Noel Gallagher cavorted with Star Wars stormtroopers while Damon Albarn and Bjork whooped it up on the dancefloor.

You can vote by text, online or via email - and when you vote you even get a chance to bag a pair of tickets to the Q Awards themselves.
