My guess is that U2 will be remembered as the most influential band of the late '80s and early '90s.

A masterpiece. The Irish quartet takes "The Unforgettable Fire's" sonic experimentation and forges into a fully mature sound. Bono's vocals and lyrics show even more maturation, particularly in the songs of spiritual longing and indecision such as "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For." This is the album that will catapult U2 from cult status to worldwide superstardom. The only question is how they will deal with it. My guess is that U2 will be remembered as the most influential band of the late '80s and early '90s.
